What You’ll Do

Account Sales

Base Draw + Uncapped Commission
Remote Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build strong customer relationships
  • Hit KPIs: booked loads, call volume, service quality
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, pricing, and ops teams

Must Haves:

  • 1–3 years of 3PL Customer Account / Sales experience
  • Proven freight book or regional network
  • Fast-paced energy and relationship skills
