Here at ArdentX, we believe creating a fun community environment is essential to cultivating growth. We are always searching for ways to improve our company culture and make our employees excited to come to work every day.
Within the logistics industry, we’ve noticed companies tend to limit themselves to employees that fit an older demographic. Our goal is to construct a team with a diverse background. Unlike other logistic firms, we take a more progressive approach when it comes to our company culture. When Zach Etchberger, our driver services manager, came up with the idea of an “Esports tournament,” we couldn’t pass up on the opportunity.
Esports, otherwise known as electronic sports, is an organized multiplayer video game tournament. Members at our office can join our team, where we compete against other companies within our industry. Esports helps us focus on developing skills like teamwork and competitive spirit all while having fun with coworkers. Co-Founder Connor Miller believes that the Esports tournament will be “a way for the younger generation to realize that we can build a community and have fun, all while we get work done.”
